Die boere-troebadoere wat Monaco oorrompel het, pak nou die buiteland...
Die wêreled se vroue kan maar solank hul harte vashou, want vier romantiese boerseuns is op pad om hulle met hul minnesang te bekoor...
Die gewilde groep Romanz het pas aangekondig hulle gaan nou die wêreldmusiekarena in alle erns betree. En hulle gaan hul oorsese inval aandurf me so 'n bietjie reserwekrag in die gedaante van 'n splinternuwe lid, want een van die groep se getroue troebadoers verkies om met Jan Tuisbly se karretjie te... sing.
Maar hoe nou gemaak vir oorsese optredes? Net drie manne sal mos nie deug nie. Die antwoord is Christopher Lee Viljoen, die hele ent van Tzaneen af, wat ewe gepas in 'n deftige pak kleure vir die oudisie opgedaag het. En siedaar, Romanz is nou vyf!
Christopher Lee, wat verlede jaar die top-30 in Idols gehaal het, het twee jaar gelede eenkeer saam met Romanz in Nelspruit gesing. Hulle was toe al beïndruk met hom.
Ná skool het het hy op 'n passasierskip gaan sing en toe ses maande saam met Nianell getoer. "Nianell het eintlik dié droom van my bewaarheid, want sy't my geweldig baie ondersteun."
"Ons was bekommerd dat ons nie iemand sou kry wat Louis se skoene kon vol staan nie" sê Adam. "Maar Christopher Lee het die X-faktor waarna ons gesoek het."

Biography

I am a South African guy who really loves singing. I have been singing ever since I can remember. When I was younger I drove my family mad by singing along to everything. Whether I am singing in front of an audience or just alone in my room I am at my happiest.
There has never been any doubt in my mind about what I want to do with my life. From the first time I sang I knew it was my calling and passion and what I love most about performing is the thrill and the challenge of the performance. I also enjoy being able to share my passion with so many people.
I was born on 29 February 1992, which makes me 20 (although, strictly speaking, I am five).
I matriculated at Ben Voster High School in 2010, where I was very involved in singing and promoting the importance of the arts and culture. I also enjoyed various sporting activities at school, including rugby, cricket, athletics and swimming.
I also play piano and enjoy being on stage.
I am a versatile singer and I love singing a variety of music, but if I had to choose a favourite genre it would definitely be modern pop ballads. I also love composing my own songs.
I regularly perform at functions, weddings, restaurants and festivals. I have also been privileged enough to sing with the amazing Nianell all over the country.
Career Highlights
2006
Gold medalist at the South African Championships of the Performing Arts. Qualified for World Championships of Performing Arts. Member of Team South Africa, World Championships of Performing Arts in Los Angeles, California.
2007
Winner, overall junior vocalist South African Championships of the Performing Arts and also qualified for the national team.
2010
Sang with Nianell at Aaardklop for the first time and then also with Romanz.
2011-2012
Afrorimba Musical Cabaret on Costa Favolosa. Shows included:

Recorded my 2nd demo CD with Johan Laas.
In April 2012, I succesfully auditioned for Romanz and will be joining them on their UK tour from
11 May 2012.
